Suzanne approached us via email owing to a recommendation from a customer who had previously had a kitchen supplied and fitted in Spilsby, Lincolnshire by eastcoastkitchens.co.uk.

She sent us the measurements, along with a "wish list" of ideas she had gathered along the way. We planned & designed the kitchen and discussed via email the appliances she required. Suzanne had purchased a range cooker and hood from another source, and we were happy to take the model numbers and accommodate these appliance dimensions into her plan.

She stated she liked wicker baskets and required shelving for her cookery book collection. Suzanne also advised a wall connecting the kitchen to the conservatory was going to be knocked down and she ideally wished for a seating area so that the kids would be able to sit and complete homework etc whilst she was cooking dinner.

After taking the above into consideration we emailed over a 3D computer-aided designed image for her to view. They loved the design and, after changing a couple of minor details, we got to work.

We contacted Suzanne & Mick with a full detailed & itemised quotation, that was not only easy to read but also exactly listed what had been included. After a few tweaks here and there (The free stood microwave was now integrated into the oven housing and an extra 150mm built-in pull out storage basket was added) Suzanne & Mick agreed to use our company. Warren our head fitter was also asked to do the honours of fitting the kitchen.

We asked for a small deposit, as the customers lived in York and we are located in Boston, Lincs and we went to Pocklington for a pre-order kitchen survey.

We found a couple of pipes that needed to be moved and advised where the electrics would need to be repositioned. We agreed on a start date. The kitchen was completed within the time scale given of 5 days.
